How to prevent rdp session from being closed for a specific user?

Hello!
Faced the following problem: On a remote machine running Windows Server 2016, a user works via rdp. The processes that run in his session are highly prioritized and critical, so closing an rdp session is highly undesirable. But since other users can access this machine, and the number of sessions is limited, then he can simply be thrown out of the session.
So far, there are some ideas how to avoid this:
Make it impossible to close the rdp session for a specific user (but it is not known how to implement this in Windows).

Maybe someone faced such a problem? I would be grateful for advice.

I will propose not to crutch the bike with rusty props, but to take out important services from the user session and run them as system services. there is nothing to them in yuzvery to do.
to the necessary user only to push batch files on start and a stop of services.
