How to prevent .htaccess from running in a specific directory?

Welcome all. Help solve the problem. There is a cloaca script on the site. It hangs 2 more sites in the same directory but in different folders. if I go to the first cesspool let's say https://mysite.com/klo1/index.php the page is displayed, but as soon as I click on the link it throws on https://mysite.com/url.php and you need https://mysite .com/klo1/url.php
how to do it?
