I know that there is a method in the Telegram API bot.setChatPermissions(), but I did not find the permissions themselves, and I need all users to be set to read-only except administrators. How can I do this ???
Well, or at least how to prohibit a certain user from writing messages?

In general, in the channel or chat settings there is an item about messages, you can disable them altogether, IF IT IS NOT CHANGED :)
