How to prepare for the exam in computer science?

I'm finishing school this year and I need to take the exam. One of the subjects for admission to the institute was computer science. How to prepare for it in a year, if there is only basic knowledge?
The computer science teacher refuses to prepare us. Already bought the 2016 versions.

I passed the exam this year, a graduate of 2015. I prepared like this: I solved a bunch of problems with Polyakov, read a bunch of theory and was generally very worried about this, since after all the exam was not the main one and you never know what they could come up with. And it all turned out like this: part 2, which, with a detailed answer, was almost no different from the demo version, from the trial version, and in general was extremely standard, nothing terrible or special. But in part 1 I caught problems - there were many surprises. And formally, you can’t find fault with anything: the topics are the same as in these codifiers, but the tasks are completely, completely unfamiliar. Therefore, I advise you to prepare like this:
1) Part 1 must be approached with a good, extensive theoretical base. There is no point in stupidly remembering such numbers. Just learn various aspects of the question that is in front of you, otherwise it won’t work out)
2) by the 2nd part you need basic algorithms (and they are the simplest, even no sortings, trees or graphs) + enough practice + the ability to think, although tasks are sometimes stupid just takes it out)
Well, you can buy yourself a course at Foxford to prepare for the exam in computer science; better annual - a useful thing, checked. I’m not boasting, but I still scored 90 =))
In general, IMHO: the USE in ICT is complete nonsense, which doesn’t really check anything, when you enter a university, you’ll understand, good luck!
