How to prefix api in django so that a regular site would work at the address: www.exemple.com or exemple.com, and the api part of the site would work at the domain: api.exemple.com?

Means of pure django - no way.
This is implemented in the server configuration (apache/nginx...)
PS "prefixes" are subdomains.
