How to predict a number from a sequence?

There is a sequence of known floating point numbers in the range 1.0 - 99.99, for example:

{..., 67940: 3.45, 67941: 1.01, 67942: 39.32, 67943: 3.12, 67944: 1.74, 67945: 1.32, 67946: 2.12, 67947: 1.22, 67948: 9.78, 67949: 1.0, 67950: 3.60, 67951 :X.XX}

Approximately every minute I get a new number and I need to predict it in advance based on the numbers already received.

Are you sure there is some kind of pattern there? Mathematics is not magic, if there is no pattern, then nothing can be obtained. Therefore, you need to start with where your sequence came from, what it is - a time series or the result of a random number generator, where the restrictions on values come from, how many numbers you have to predict and whether it is necessary to predict for all values or enough take only a few of the latter, etc. And only then think about whether it is possible to make a prediction for this task, and if so, which of the methods you can try to use here.
PS And decipher, please. What is meant by "pre- known numbers"? What does their fame have to do with the formulated problem.
