Designed an adaptive site, understood what layout is and what it is eaten with).
If it’s clear how to practice with layout, then I don’t really understand how to practice in FrontEnd, that is, according to the idea, JavaScript is used to revive the layout, make it more dynamic, you press the button and the action happens.
Then the Front End specialist turns out to be the same layout designer who makes the layout dynamic? Or how ? Explain plz.

A front-end developer is a programmer who programs in JavaScript. He programs the logic on the client. This includes the revival of layout and the creation of client web applications, PWA, SPA, etc.
