How to power the modules?

The question may be stupid (like me). Is it possible to power the modules from the Arduino nano itself? Provided that I can only connect the arduino via usb to the computer for now. The light sensor needs 5V.
PS I did not have time to buy a converter and batteries.

Of course, you power the Arduino via USB from the PC, and you already power your module from it.

Well, not all modules are so bold.
See how much the module consumes and at what level.
More than 0.2-0.3A, I would have already got confused for a separate power supply
