How to post an application for ios if Apple writes an error 2.1 no ipv6?

We tried to put an application on an apple, created on ionic, but Apple swears and asks to connect ipv. The project has 2 links to the php script (the holding where php is located does not support ipv6) and to the Google firebase database. Who faced, please help

your hosting must support ipv6, without this you can’t get into the store now. Also, check that all network addresses should be scored via domain names, not ip
