How to post an action on facebook?

I created my open graph object on facebook. He was approved. An "action" has been created for this object.
At the right time, the program tells facebook that the user has taken an action and gets the post ID (as the manual says, I just GET to graph.facebook.com/ USER_ID / FB_APP_NAME : ACTION ? OBJECT_NAME = PAGE_URL ).
But this "action", in the form of a post in the "Timeline", appears only in the administrator of the application (facebook app), and users have only a modest mention of the action in the "Recent Activity".
Why? And how can I make my post appear on everyone?
