How to position navigation blocks with different number of bullets?

Welcome all! There is a LayerSlider slider on the site in which I want to position the buttons with navigation arrows in the lower right corner, regardless of the number of slides, and hence the number of bullets, and at any screen resolution so that there are no gaps between the blocks, do not run into each other - how is this possible implement?
