How to plot in excel if there is only one column?

There is a table with dates in which some dates repeat. You need to build a date graph with axes: the number of repeated dates and the date itself. How to do it? The file with the table is here : http://robio.ru/#/view/file/vwdciyvrqfmgtui4epxc/t...dat.txt

1. You need to parse dates and times into a separate column
2. Sort the column by date
3. Count the number of repetitions

You can do this
1) Copy the source, open notepad and save it to the data.txt file on disk.
2) If Excel is used (I have 2010), then you can simply copy from the file and paste it into the Excel sheet. My version automatically put the dates in the first column, the time in the second. For convenience, I made column labels (Date and Time, respectively).
3) Go to Insert -> Pivot Table -> Pivot Table. A window will appear in which you will need to specify the data range.
4) We build a pivot table. In the Row Names field, drag the Dates column, and in the Values, the same Dates field. Get a table of dates and their repetitions.
5) Copy the table to a new sheet and build a graph Insert -> Graph
