How to play video on two android devices synchronously?

There are two tablet PCs and I would like to display the movie synchronously so that the sound of one does not interfere with the other. I think streaming from one to another would be a good option. Movie management is enough with one.

Streaming is a delay, ideally you need to send a command to start movies to both devices, in the simplest version you can try to do this simultaneously with two fingers of your two hands, in a more complex one, start by timer in the player, but there is no such thing.
The task is tricky and unnecessary to anyone, so it has no solution, ideally you need an Android player with api with which you can work programmatically, you will not achieve greater accuracy.

If two Tablet PCs are the same - write or look for an alarm clock program that will start the video clearly in time (previously synchronized with the Internet) ... I would try this ...
