How to play streaming video from camcorders on a tablet?

At work there is a video recorder, 7 cameras are connected to it. From a computer, you can see it through a program from the manufacturer, or through a webmord (you just need to install some setting).
The director demands to make sure that the cameras can be viewed through the tablet. There are no progs for Android on the manufacturer's website. I tried Guard24, Guard24+ 2 more programs, it doesn't cling.
Maybe there are some other programs or is there a way to transfer streaming video from the server to the tablet online

1) Can the camera send a stream using any protocol without authorization? You need to display it directly, then you can broadcast to any web page through any player, of which there are a lot. Look for information on the camera.
2) upload photos from the camera to ftp, and with ftp it’s not a problem to pick up a browser.
3) buy a camera with support for mobile applications, if this one does not work.

If the IP camera supports RTSP and H.264, you can watch on Android tablet in Chrome or Firefox browser without installing additional software. Here 's an example setup .

What video recorder? The brand is a model, but we’ll be guessing on the cards for a long time, and we’ll get to the point that you need a network nvr for 128 channels with a cluster system. :)
