How to play h.265 in VLC?

Faced a problem. With delusional.
H.265 format - 13 years. Outside for 16 years.
I downloaded the kintso, I run it in VLC - everything lags, everything is bad. I understood what was the matter - it was indicated that the movie was in the super-mega-new cool H.265.
Well, I started looking for how to reproduce this H.265 and found NOTHING. Three years have passed from the super mega new H.265 standard, so what? But nothing.
Poor DiVX lags with a bunch of ads and does not play sound.
VLC puts on video.
I just have a sphincter rupture - 19 GB of the movie was downloaded with a disgusting Internet for a whole week.

As I understand it, you provided a link to a free implementation of _encoder_ in h.265.
Without hardware support for _decoding_ h.265, it will be hard to watch video.
Does your graphics card have a built-in h.265 decoder?
