How to play a video uploaded to your own server?

The weight of the video is about 250mb (40 sec), you need to put it in the header of the site, as it is now done on many landing pages. Initially uploaded it to YouTube, but when scaling 100% W 500pxH, black cropping appears around the edges, full screen is displayed only with the appropriate player mode.
Tell me which player to play the video uploaded to your site, with the ability to:
1) Autoplay when the page loads
2) Loop playback
3) No lags when loading the video file
4) Scalability (if possible, or the video needs to be somehow mounted on- another?)
