How to play a recording of a conversation to an interlocutor in Zoiper?

Good day to all.
Given: PC based on Ubuntu 18.04 and Zoiper VoIP dialer.
I make an outgoing call, the person on the other end picks up the phone. How can I play back several previously recorded files to him, instead of repeating them 100500 times with my voice? I note that it is necessary not only to reproduce some previously recorded scripts, but also to switch to direct communication, if necessary.
Why is this? Salespeople call cold, their conversation always begins with a couple of phrases of the same type. These very introductions I want to record once and play. Of the audio equipment, only an audio headset is available. If you put separate columns for everyone there, the work of the department will stop.
Is it possible to somehow implement this?

Universal solution, automate with pulseaudio or alsautils utilities, try manually in mixer first.
The idea is that in the mixer you switch the audio source from microphone to playback, i.e. what is currently playing, by itself, mute other sound sources, start playing your file, and when finished, switch the mixer back.
More correct and flexible - use pulse audio virtual devices
