How to place charts on Yandex Maps?

You need to overlay graphs over certain points. The idea is this - on top of the maps I make a canvas layer and draw graphics on it. The main question is how to get coordinates in pixels from map coordinates in order to know where to place the graph on the canvas. Tell me how to do it? Or maybe in Yandex Maps, there is an easier way to attach an arbitrary object to coordinates.
