How to place a video in SVG with irregular shape?

Tell me, is it possible to wrap a video in an uneven svg shape?
Not by overlaying a rectangular svg with a hole in the shape of a figure on the video block, but inside the figure to play the video.

If you're talking about using the svg clip path on the video and not on the picture, then it's possible, but it won't work everywhere. Also, it's pretty pointless because the bounding box of this SVG is a rectangle anyway.
