How to place a game in Odnoklassniki and My World?

Hello.
Does anyone have experience launching social games for Odnoklassniki and Moi Mir? Interested in the financial and organizational side of this issue. As far as I know, social data networks do not work with indie developers and you need to have a registered legal entity. person/individual entrepreneur/individual entrepreneur + conclude an agreement.
There are several small projects that I would like to try to launch in Odnoklassniki or Moi Mir. Is it necessary to register a company for this business. Please share your experience or work schemes for RF/Ukraine.
