Greetings colleagues, faced with such a situation. I don’t understand how to correctly insert a form in Bitrix into the detailed text of the info block? I will be very grateful for the sensible advice.

What form? If the web form is from the Bitrix module, then simply insert it in no way. Paste something like #WEBFORM=ID# and replace it with a form call.
But Web forms in template.php in components work badly due to caching
