How to pin a message by a bot in a VK chat?

In general, the guys can’t figure out how to deal with the messages.pin method in the documentation, it’s very poorly written, maybe someone has an example. I'm writing a bot in python'e in the language of a beginner. Help)

messages.pin in the documentation.
message_id=ID of the message you want to pin, it is in the message object called: message_id.
