How to paste copied value into Cells.Replace What:="?

We have

Copied the cell like this - Selection.Copy for example there is the word "hello"

Need

Write something in what to insert the copied word "hello"
Tried like this - Cells.Replace What:=ActiveSheet.Paste, does not help
