How to pass variable value to html and css at the same time?

I am compiling the project with gulp.
Tell me how to pass the value of a variable to the html and css files of the project?
I solved this issue using the swig js template engine. And I process the css file with it. But I want to transfer the entire project to Jade, and the question remains open.
