How to pass the address to the Yandex search string (ymaps.control.SearchControl)?

Implemented a map window in which a point is set at the address and then a route is built and the distance is calculated.
It would be nice if the search string would immediately contain the address that is passed to it. But I can't pass the address to the Yandex input in any way.
Even if you find it in the DOM and set inputSearch.value = Address. The address in the control is not displayed.
Tell me how to implement it?
