How to pass snmpwalk -Ir -Cc options in PHP?

The standard PHP functions for working with SNMP do not provide for specifying additional parameters that are inherent in the console snmpwalk.
So the question is - how to execute the same php snmpwalk with the
-Ir
-Cc options
