How to pass parameters to url on redirect in Yii2?

Can you guys pass parameters to url via render?
I just want to, when the action was launched, the parameters were immediately sent to the SearchModel to display data, for the filter.
Example url : /site/index
And I need rednder
url :/site/imdex?user=34¶ms=
i.e. when defining a user, the controller immediately sets filters for the user.
