How to pass non-standard query parameters from nginx to uwsgi?

For example, a client can send in a request
X_USR_12341_CONNECTION: Stale
X_USR_12341_SEED: uW6HncQwe===
X_USR_12341_STATE: Working
and the like. The number changes from client to client. How to pass them to the uWSGI backend, preferably without allowing underscores_in_headers for all virtual servers on the same port?
