How to pass file in lua in Post GET request?

Good afternoon
There is a task to transfer the generated file to the post or get request. The file will be a normal txt/log of small size up to 1MB.
I wanted to clarify whether there are examples of the implementation of such a mechanism in order to transfer the file itself in the GET POST request?
