How to pass custom Woocommerce order fields via API&SDK?

Good time, there is a site on the WordPress CMS in conjunction with React, orders fall in Woocommerce, custom fields are configured that need to be transferred via API to the acquiring system (merchant)

For example, I need to transfer data from custom fields when choosing the desired status
amount_receive
amount_send
receive_currency
receiver_fio
And change status of Woocommerce order to completed/failed after completion of transfer

Never worked with API, if there are experts, help would be greatly appreciated.
