How to pass Computer Science 50 (CS50) Introduction to Computer Science I (2013) from Harvard?
Question for those who have taken this course.
Essence of the question:
I downloaded the English-language course from the rutreker. course for 2013.
There is no particular desire to watch the translation of this course (perhaps for other years). There is a Russian translation, there is a Ukrainian one - I am aware of this.
So, there is a main Computer Science 50 (CS50) folder with several subfolders.
If you go to the subfolder Lectures , then there the sequence of studying the course is very clear: Week 00 - Week 12.
If you go to the general folder Computer Science 50 (CS50) , then in it, in addition to the Lectures folder , there are 7 more folders with an unclear purpose.
And here it is not at all obvious in what order and what to study.
The screenshot shows the contents of the shared folder Computer Science 50 (CS50) :
What should be the sequence of study?
In other words, what to do with the rest of the seven folders, except for Lectures and CS50 Appliance ?
Background for the course:
- English at the level of watching TV shows in English with English subtitles. I understand about 70 percent of what I saw and heard. I read texts in English regularly. Vocabulary is normal.
- A very mediocre course of computer science at school and at the university of a small town.
- Learned a little programming in different languages. Courses and books.
- I work as a tester, Entry-level.
That it is better to study a subject from books - I am aware of this.
In general, I ask you not to dissuade from the course, but to explain by subject, in what sequence to go through everything that is stuffed along with the main course.
