How to pass an interview in toptal?

Hello.
I have a question about passing an interview at toptal for the position of a c ++ programmer.
Judging by what I read: at the fourth stage, they are asked to write a CRUD application with a backend.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to implement it in qt as a desktop application and use something like firebase as a backend?
Now I’m just looking for a remote (or freelance) position for a C ++ programmer, but it’s problematic to find one in ordinary places (although I didn’t try to look for it myself, judging by what I saw on the exchanges). If you have knowledge of other places to go or ideas, feel free to speak up.
