How to pass all traffic through a proxy in Windows?

I'm trying to pass traffic through a proxy using Windows. Installed Windows 7 64x SP1. I specify an anonymous proxy in the Internet Explorer settings, I check the IP, the proxy works. I'm trying to use a proxy through the WinHTTP Web Proxy Automatic Discovery service: netsh winhttp set proxy proxy_ip:port. I check that the proxy is correctly registered: netsh winhttp show proxy. WinHTTP service started. Running the IP checker software, nothing worked. Imported proxy settings from Internet Explorer: netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie, no effect. In fact, I need other programs (that do not have proxy settings) in Windows to work through it. Interested in using a proxy through the WinHTTP service.

Running the IP Checker Software

Software, as I understand it, is not a web.
Look - you've configured an HTTP proxy that runs on port 80.
Of course, the proxy IP will be shown in the browser, because the browser works with the 80th port (well, 443 else), but other programs will give out your real IP, because they do not work on the 80th port.
You confused proxy with VPN, you need a second one.
