I want to make a parser for the upwork category I need (because I'm training with cURL in parallel and decided to do something useful for myself). I wanted to ask a question before starting its development, because. I'm not an expert yet: are there any precautions or other required steps to consider when developing a parser for this resource?
For example, I am interested in this category. Is it enough to go through all the links from one connection? Should I take breaks (and not realtime) in parsing?
