How to parse the number of comments from youtube today (without api)?

Youtube API very often gives nonsense. Example, a video can have 5 comments, and the API returns 2000. I tried to open the mobile version for the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXpC12uGdg8 (there are 77 comments for the current minute), as a result, the mobile version shows that comments 1219 comments.

YouTube closed all access, now only the API. Not sure how to parse the page as they load the comments module dynamically from
/comment_service_ajax?action_get_comments=1&pbj=1&ctoken=*&continuation=*
