How to parse questions from docx and post them?

Perhaps you did not understand the question ... Then I will explain. There is a HD Quiz plugin that allows you to take tests. You probably know. So it turns out that in order to make 1 question in it, you need to create a "record (Record of a plug-in that is not visible in the Posts)", and "embed" this record with a tick in "Quiz". But now if I have 100 questions! Am I going to copy every question for 3 hours there? I would like a button with which you can upload a docx file and parse each question from it (separation by space) and put everything on the "website" at once. How can I do that? Help me please.

It is unlikely that there is a ready-made solution for a specific plugin. You can try looking for data import add-ons for the HD Quiz plugin using WP All Import. Maybe you will find something. But in any case, the import will most likely be from csv || xls || xlsx. Look for something similar.
