How to parse / decode data using the ADEMCO ContactID protocol?

what to read where to look, can anyone share the solution?
There is a GPRS signaling that sends data in brief (how it works according to the ADEMCO ContactID protocol), I translate them into HEX and from this I guessed only the date and time, and the rest does not work. I read about the protocol itself and in this line I don’t see the subscriber number, the event code, maybe I’m looking at it wrong (((
