How to parse an image that offers to save?

We need to pull pictures from the resource. But the problem is that when you open it through the address bar, it immediately offers to save like 101.imagebam.com/download/RiIwnxHSQ2rdrlBG_hYDgg/5...
How can I get out of the situation?

In my browser, it just opened without offering to save. It depends on the browser settings.
You can "sparse" in the usual way, like any other image.
