How to parse a site in the onion (TOR) zone?

Hello. There are ready-made tools in both PHP and C#.
The question is, how will they reach the site in the .onion zone?
Maybe gateways \ bridges \ loader of Tor itself.
What are some ideas?

Just start tor, it runs as a SOCKS proxy. Let traffic through it either by registering it as a proxy, or using a proxy.
