How to parse a captcha that the server does not give me a direct link to the image?

Usually captcha is easy to handle. They look for a link to the image in the page code, save it and send it to the service for recognition. But what if the server does not provide a direct link to the image? An example is auto.ru

With frequent requests for a phone number, the service returns an internal captcha (not from Yandex), which I, in fact, cannot parse. What to do in this case? Thanks in advance for your reply
