How to package a wordpress site into a mobile application?

There is a site on Wordpress, a good mobile template. Plugin for push notifications is connected. How to pack a site so that it opens from apk? It is clear that it will only work when connected to the Internet. However, how do I package it so that I can upload it to PlayMarket or the AppStore?
