How to override the Content-Type of the response in django-rest-framework?

There is an obvious way to inherit from JSONRenderer and write it in the settings. But maybe there is some setting for this?
PS It would also not hurt to redefine indent.

It seems to me that the most correct answer is that you don't have to want it. Neither the first, nor, especially, the second.
