I have a script that receives data in csv format every day, then, based on this csv, a table in the database is filled, since this happens every day, you need to implement the overlay of new data on old ones, and if some rows are repeated day by day, then the counter is turned on repetitions.
As an example, there is a table of cars, a number, and the parameter "did not go on a flight", "leaving" do not fall at all.
and if, for example, we see that the same car did not leave for 3 days and appeared in the unloading, counter 3 was put next to it in the database
