How to overcome the error "Not enough space in the device memory"?

It is impossible to install any, even the smallest, applications in a smartphone based on Android 4.2.1

However, there is enough memory ...

Several friends have a similar error on different smartphones.
Defeated only by a complete reset of the device.
The issue is discussed in a lot of places, but there is no solution.
So how do you win?
UPD. the screen controller burned out and the issue was resolved by itself with the purchase of Nexus-a 5
Thank you all!

UPD. Everything! Made. All you had to do from the Recovery menu was
1. " Wipe cache partition "
2. " Advanced " -> " Wipe Dalvick Cache "
Not to be confused with "Wipe data/factory reset"!!!

No way. Android simply does not allow its memory to be completely filled, otherwise there will be problems with the system.

Also, after yesterday, applications stopped updating / loading.
UPDATE now cleared the cache with an old zdbox, everything is fine, 178 MB of memory

Just found a solution!
In Lucky Patcher, go to Tools -> Choose a default installation location -> Install on the internal memory of the device
Tadam! Everything worked.

Put it on a flash drive.

Most likely this can somehow be changed in the firmware.
I have at least 25mb

Move thick folders by hand using FolderMount

Maybe he _does_not_want_to take the matter _so_seriously_. Let him take down the fattest butt (the most guzzling din), untie his hands, install App2SD, mentioned FolderMount and so on, and then return that guzzling game back.

This, as always, is either a firmware glitch or a feature. Behind the scenes, a space limit for applications is set, and you sit and rack your brains when there is still a gig in the phone itself, and a 32 GB card, and they tell you that "there is no space."
The easiest option that I found for myself:
1. You root the phone. The easiest method is KingoRoot. In my opinion, absolutely safe.
2. You put Solid Explorer - an application that graphically displays the occupied space on the phone or on the SD card. The principle is similar to Sequoia View.
3. You put a third-party "explorer" to get into the file system and do what you need there, for example, delete files. I put Root Browser, completely satisfied.
I found large unnecessary files in / data / data, cleaned the old unnecessary, long-deleted programs there, and the Play Market continued to install and update properly.
happy end.
Also a plugin for Total Commander to work with Android from Windows:
1. Plugin: w3bsit3-dns.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=374826&st=1380
2. Instructions: hsboost.ru/page/android-adb-plugin-dlja-total -commander

You can completely remove the installation limit and low memory notification with adb

adb shell settings put global sys_storage_threshold_max_bytes 0
adb shell settings put global sys_storage_threshold_percentage 0

And if you want to return as it was:
adb shell settings delete global sys_storage_threshold_max_bytes
adb shell settings delete global sys_storage_threshold_percentage
