How to overcome the encoding problem in jenkins on linux using ansible to execute sql scripts?

There is a job that performs a playbook whose task is to run several sql scripts on postgres on a remote server.
Scripts are run, but the encoding of the output is unreadable.
I read on the forums about the use of
LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8
LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 in variables,
but alas, this did not help.
