How to overcome the android address bar so that it does not enter {height: 100%} on load?

Please tell me how to solve the issue.
Stretching the blocks to the full height of the screen, I came across the address bar of the smartphone. On load, when the bar is rendered, height: 100% is equal to the height of the window minus the height of the address bar. If you rotate the device, after it hides, the height is determined correctly.
Maybe someone dealt with this problem?
