How to overcome rails cache?

Hello! Deleted the project. Created a new one with the same name. Now the rails generators are trying to open the file from the trash. When emptying the basket, the generators completely freeze. How to overcome?
Ubuntu, rbenv, 1.9.3 (rails 4).

Thanks for the replies everyone. There was a problem in gem Spring. It starts as a daemon and hangs there. To overcome this, you need to stop it ( spring stop ).

Try rbenv rehashit, it's weird.

Restart in the console or go back to your home cd folder and then go to the project.
I've seen this on a mac.
