How to overcome Fastpanel?

Hello!

I decided to transfer my sites to this web panel but faced an insurmountable obstacle. I couldn't find a support forum so I'm posting here.
Briefly.

There is an old site (cms cmsmadesimple) - I created everything as it should be in the panel, it seems to work. But with one jamb, I made 1 line of editing in the Nginx config.
Now the site is marked as with a manual config, so the certificate will not be automatically renewed.
You delete my line - the site almost does not work, but the certificates are updated. How to let the system know that the config is valid and the panel should renew certificates without question.

fork of the Chinese main panel.
For me, it's more than normal.
I personally use ispconfig3 but after the appearance of aapanel I think to switch to it.
I poked both the hovst and the mane, well, there’s not much to complain about.
open source is free. there are paid modules but they are cheap and not needed.
