How to overcome error with mod_ssl?

I'm trying to install letsencrypt according to this instruction
https://habrahabr.ru/post/306128/
At the stage

cd /opt/letsencrypt
./letsencrypt-auto certonly -a webroot --webroot-path=/usr/share/nginx/html -d example.com -d www.example.com

An error occurs

You can try --skip-broken to get around the problem
You can try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Could not install OS dependencies. Aborting bootstrap!

You have a newer package than required. Try to demolish all this disgrace and reinstall from https://certbot.eff.org
