How to overcome disconnects on Ralink RT3290 in Linux?

Hello!
I installed Linux Mint with MATE, and stumbled upon one of the problems - Wi-Fi Internet periodically disappears (once a day, once an hour - a different period of time). At the same time, the connection with the router does not change at all. On other devices, of course, there are no problems at this moment. The Internet does not work until the moment you switch the "Enable Wi-Fi" checkbox in the network manager, then everything becomes normal. I tried turning off the power saving mode (it does not turn off), installing different drivers (rt3290sta, rt2800pci, rt3290sta_u16 - the last ones are now) - nothing changes; In rt2800pci, the Internet turns off more often, and Wi-Fi also disappears - you have to reboot the system so that Wifi becomes available in the network manager.
Please tell me how to be?
Command output:
When there is no Internet: https://pastebin.com/XXr2hsWG
When everything is in order: https://pastebin.com/ViQH48KE
Even in dmesg, when disconnecting, the following message often flashes:

RT3290_AsicTxAlcGetAutoAgcOffset: Incorrect desired TSSI or current TSSI

The problem is old, so try modified drivers.
https://github.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=Ralink+...
And also note that in lspci:

03:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Ralink corp. RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe [1814:3290]
Subsystem: Foxconn International, Inc. RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe [105b:e055]
While in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-ralink.conf and /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
blacklist rt2860
blacklist rt2800pci
